Studimi u kryer permes nje hulumtimi paraprak nder 5152 vendime gjyqesore te Gjykates se Rrethit Gjyqesor Tirane dhe hulumtimit te thelluar te 100 dosjeve penale. Te dhenat sasiore u plotesuan edhe me te dhena nga 3 fokus grupe me gjyqtare, prokurore dhe avokate qe bejne pjese ne listen e avokateve qe caktohen kryesisht. Monitorimi i \u00a0200 seancave gjyqesore plotesoi studimin me te dhena shtese.\u00a0Te dhenat sasiore dhe cilesore u shoqeruan me nje analize te\u00a0kuadrit ligjor dhe te menyres se si zbatohet rregullat nga organet qe administrojne ndihmes juridike.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza krahasuese ndermjet gjetjeve dhe standardeve nderkombetare ne kete fushe vuri ne dukje se sa larg jemi prej ketyre standardeve, duke deshmuar domosdoshmerine e nje ndryshimi rrenjesor ne skemen e ofrimit te ndihmes juridike ne procesin penal ne Shqiperi. <a
