Te ftuar te ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nee kete tryeze ishin Komisioneri p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave Personale, Z. Besnik Dervishi dhe Koordinatorja prane Ministrise se Shtetit per Inovacionin dhe Administraten Publik, Znj. Blerta Xhako.<\/p>\n<p>Z. Dervishi mbajti nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb ku informoi t\u00eb pranishmit me aktivitetin e Zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Komisionerit q\u00eb prej hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb ligjit nr. 146\/2014\u00a0&#8220;Per njoftimin dhe konsultimin publik&#8221;. Komisioneri e theksoi se eshte ende heret per administraten publike qe te pershtatet me kerkesat e ligjit te ri dhe se kishte trajtuar pak raste ankesash. Komisioneri gjithashtu vuri ne dukje se kompetencat e zyres se tij ishin te kufizuara dhe nuk mund te ushtronte ndaj administrates me shume se nje rol keshillimor.<\/p>\n<p>Znj. Xhako erdhi ne kete tryeze me nje lajm te ri, qe kishte te bente me fillimin e funksionimit te portalit per konsultimin publik (regjistrin elektronik) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.konsultimipublik.gov.al\">www.konsultimipublik.gov.al<\/a>. Znj. Xhako beri te ditur se ne ditet e fundit kishte pasur zhvillime pozitive dhe se Ministria e Shtetit per Inovacionin dhe Administraten Publike kishte nisur te merrte masa qe ligji te niste funksionimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb takim u prezantuan gjetjet nga monitorimi i kryer nga Res Publica gjate gjysmes se dyte te vitit 2015 dhe gjysmes se pare te vitit 2016, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar me shifra konkrete zhvillimin e k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb drejte te re ne legjislacionin shqiptar. Monitorimi ishte pjese e studimit, i cili niste me nje pasqyre te koncepteve te reja ne legjislacionin nderkombetar, te cilat u prezantuan nga eksperti Z.
