Aktiviteti kryesor gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti ka qen\u00eb procesi i konsultimit t\u00eb ndryshimeve n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e informimit, proces i iniciuar nga Komisioneri p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave Personale n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2021, i cili nuk ka p\u00ebrfunduar ende. Konkretisht, jan\u00eb mbledhur dhe jan\u00eb analizuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. \u00cbsht\u00eb monitoruar \u201ctransparenca proaktive\u201d e 100 institucioneve publike m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb vend, duke vler\u00ebsuar programet e transparenc\u00ebs, duke vler\u00ebsuar plot\u00ebsimin, p\u00ebrshtatjen dhe p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin e tyre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. \u00cbsht\u00eb monitoruar ngritja e kapaciteteve t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur funksionimin e detyrimeve t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e publikut p\u00ebr t&#8217;u informuar, n\u00eb lidhje me caktimin e koordinator\u00ebve dhe publikimi e p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimi i regjistrit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave dhe p\u00ebrgjigjeve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. \u00cbsht\u00eb testuar dhe vler\u00ebsuar reagimi i institucioneve, duke vler\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrmes kritereve t\u00eb matshme sjelljen e tyre ndaj k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr informacion. Jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar 243 k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr informacion dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb monitoruar e gjith\u00eb procedura administrative p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. K\u00ebrkesat kan\u00eb nisur kryesisht p\u00ebrmes aplikimit n\u00eb faqen Publeaks.al. Nga k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa jan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur 212 , t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb ndjekur ciklin e plot\u00eb, duke ruajtur nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr efekt krahasimi me vitet e m\u00ebparshme. Disa nga treguesit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb jan\u00eb: (1) Koh\u00ebzgjatja e kthimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjes; (2) Plot\u00ebsia dhe sakt\u00ebsia e p\u00ebrgjigjes; (3) Reagimi i institucioneve pas ankimit administrativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. \u00cbsht\u00eb monitoruar veprimtaria e Komisionerit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn e Informimit, si autoriteti i krijuar posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht nga ligji p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar funksionimin e tij. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e.
