Forumi i par\u00eb i dedikuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u mbajt n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb datat 26 dhe 27 janar 2023. Forumi mblodhi s\u00eb bashku Organizata t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Civile, vendase dhe t\u00eb huaja, institucione akademike-k\u00ebrkimore, donator\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga komuniteti diplomatik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vendim – duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb institucionet, sektori privat, studiuesit dhe dashamir\u00ebsit e natyr\u00ebs dhe Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura t\u00eb ndajn\u00eb njohurit\u00eb, p\u00ebrvojat dhe m\u00ebsimet e nxjerra n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb qeverisjes dhe menaxhimit t\u00eb Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, 49 organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile u bashkuan n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e Forumit t\u00eb Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:

“Ne, 49 Organizata t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Civile, komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb veprojm\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbrojtjes s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, institucione akademike-k\u00ebrkimore t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, t\u00eb mbledhura m\u00eb 26 Janar 2023, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cForumin p\u00ebr Zonat e Mbrojtura 2023\u201d, diskutuam mbi sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen e natyr\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Forumi solli para pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve dhe analizoi kauzat e ngritura p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e natyr\u00ebs, hapat e nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb dhe pun\u00ebn e palodhshme t\u00eb organizatave n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura ligatinore qe njihen si vatrat m\u00eb t\u00eb pasura t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs shqiptare, europiane dhe asaj bot\u00ebrore.

Ne, 49 Organizata t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Civile, komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb veprojm\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbrojtjes s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, institucione akademike-k\u00ebrkimore t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nga institucionet politik\u00eb-b\u00ebr\u00ebse\/vendimmarr\u00ebse dhe ato ligjzbatuese t\u00eb vendit, nga K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave, K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit, Komiteti i Investimeve Strategjike, Ministria e Turizmit dhe Mjedisit, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Mjedisit, Ministria e Brendshme, Inspektorati Komb\u00ebtar i Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Territorit q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e ruajtjes s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi, (i) t\u00eb ndalet vendimmarrja e gabuar n\u00eb zona ky\u00e7e t\u00eb biodiversitetit, (ii) t\u00eb luftohet krimi mjedisor nga institucionet, (iii) t\u00eb rritet transparenca dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria n\u00eb vendimmarrje; (iv) t\u00eb rriten kapacitetet profesionale n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb monitorimit, studimit dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs n\u00eb institucionet e linj\u00ebs; (v) punohet n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb monitorimit dhe vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb statusit p\u00ebr habitatet dhe speciet me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare\/nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si dhe (vi) t\u00eb forcohet m\u00eb tej bashk\u00ebpunimi me Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Civile p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendimmarrje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dita e dyt\u00eb e forumit p\u00ebr Zonat e Mbrojtura, u zhvillua n\u00eb Parkun Komb\u00ebtar “Divjak\u00eb-Karavasta”, me aktor\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, organizatave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, akademik\u00eb dhe aktivist\u00eb. Ata u njoh\u00ebn me nj\u00eb nga parqet m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nga ligatinat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb detin Adriatik.

Gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs n\u00eb terren, ata pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgonin shpend\u00ebt e shumt\u00eb n\u00eb lagun\u00eb si dhe t\u00eb shikonin nga af\u00ebr simbolin e parkut: Pelikanin Ka\u00e7urrel i cili folezon n\u00eb Divjak\u00eb-Karavasta. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi iu dha edhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve q\u00eb prekin parkun si: ri-shikimi i kufijnjve dhe problematikat q\u00eb lidhen me peshkimin, gjuetin\u00eb dhe turizimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
