Nj\u00eb hap i drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e mjedisit dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb burimeve natyrore, Gjykata Administrative e Apelit ka pranuar t\u00eb legjitimoj\u00eb 11 organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr aktivitetin e tyre pro mjedisit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar vendimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar sip\u00ebrfaqet dhe kan\u00eb ulur statusin e disa prej Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dy nga Vendimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar gjyq\u00ebsisht, VKM nr. 59, dat\u00eb 26.01.2022, “P\u00ebr Miratimin e Ndryshimit t\u00eb Statusit dhe Sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb Ekosistemeve Natyrore t\u00eb Parkut Komb\u00ebtar (Kategoria II) t\u00eb Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura Mjedisore” dhe VKM nr. 60, dat\u00eb 26.1.2022, “P\u00ebr Shpalljen e Ekosistemeve Natyrore, Rezervave Natyrore t\u00eb Parkut t\u00eb Menaxhuar\/Natyral (Kategoria IV), si dhe Miratimin e Ndryshimit t\u00eb Statusit t\u00eb Sip\u00ebrfaqeve Ekzistuese t\u00eb Zonave t\u00eb Mbrojtura q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin k\u00ebsaj Kategorie”, kan\u00eb ngritur shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr OSHC-t\u00eb mjedisore dhe publikun e gjer\u00eb, lidhur me pasojat afatgjata p\u00ebr Zonat e Mbrojtura. Me njohjen e legjitimitetit t\u00eb 11 organizatava, gjykata njeh r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e z\u00ebrit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e interesit komb\u00ebtar mjedisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizatat 11 t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile q\u00eb jan\u00eb pal\u00eb t\u00eb padis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb autorizuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur keto \u00e7\u00ebshtje jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Qendra ligjore Res Publica, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me organizatat e p\u00ebrmendura t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, fton publikun dhe \u00e7do pal\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb interesuar t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin dhe t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb aktivisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb litigim strategjik. Duke synuar sundimin e ligjit, transparenc\u00ebn, llogari-dh\u00ebnien dhe mir\u00eb-qeverisjen dhe duke shqyrtuar k\u00ebto vendime n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e lup\u00ebn e kuadrit ligjor ekzistues mjedisor dhe konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, synojm\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojm\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e trash\u00ebgueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur dhe shijuar pasurit\u00eb tona natyrore p\u00ebr brezat e tanish\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A rightful step towards protecting our environment and our heritage of natural resources, the Administrative Court of Appeals has accepted to legitimize 11 civil society organizations, known for their pro-environmental activities, to challenge the decisions that have reduced areas and lowered the status of some of our country’s Protected Areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Two of the Decisions that have been legally challenged, DCM no. 59, dated 26.01.2022, “On the Approval of the Change of Status and Area of Natural Ecosystems of the National Park (Category II) of the Environmental Protected Areas” and DCM no. 60, dated 26.1.2022, “On the Declaration of Natural Ecosystems, Natural Reserves of the Managed\/Natural Park (Category IV), and the Approval of the Change of Status of Existing Areas of Protected Areas belonging to this Category”, have raised significant concerns for environmental CSOs, and the general public, regarding the long-term consequences for Protected Areas. By recognizing the legitimacy of the 11 organizations, the court acknowledges the importance of the voice of civil society in national environmental issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The 11 civil society organizations that are parties to the lawsuit and authorized to pursue these matters are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
